Refund Policy

At BizBandhu, we aim to deliver reliable and transparent services. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the circumstances that make a transaction non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund

  • If the filing or service process has not been initiated within the prescribed time after receiving all required documents from the client, a 100% refund is applicable.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 15 days of payment.
  • All requests will be subject to internal review and eligibility.

 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds shall not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Filing or service process has already been initiated or completed.
  • Client fails to provide required documents or information in a timely manner.
  • Government charges, portal fees, or third-party software/tool subscriptions have already been paid or activated.
  • Delays or rejections caused due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client
    • Government portal downtime or outages
    • Unforeseen circumstances such as state/national emergencies or force majeure events

 Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in advance and must be paid in full before initiation.
  • Payments once made will be non-refundable except under the refund eligibility conditions mentioned above.

 Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
  • Clients will be notified via email and/or SMS once the refund is approved and initiated.
