2. Exporters: Individuals or businesses engaged in exporting goods from India must also register with ICEGATE. This applies to both commercial exporters and individuals exporting goods for personal use.

3. Customs House Agents (CHAs): CHAs are authorized representatives who assist importers and exporters in customs clearance procedures. They need to register with ICEGATE to access and submit customs-related documents electronically.

4. Freight Forwarders: Freight forwarders, who handle the transportation and logistics of goods during import or export, are also required to register with ICEGATE.
