At BizBandhu, we aim to deliver reliable and transparent services. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the circumstances that make a transaction non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refund
- If the filing or service process has not been initiated within the prescribed time after receiving all required documents from the client, a 100% refund is applicable.
- Refund requests must be raised within 15 days of payment.
- All requests will be subject to internal review and eligibility.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds shall not be applicable under the following conditions:
- Filing or service process has already been initiated or completed.
- Client fails to provide required documents or information in a timely manner.
- Government charges, portal fees, or third-party software/tool subscriptions have already been paid or activated.
- Delays or rejections caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client
- Government portal downtime or outages
- Unforeseen circumstances such as state/national emergencies or force majeure events
Payment Terms
- All services are billed in advance and must be paid in full before initiation.
- Payments once made will be non-refundable except under the refund eligibility conditions mentioned above.
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- Clients will be notified via email and/or SMS once the refund is approved and initiated.
